But now she needs some downtime to treat a lupus flare.
The 29-year-old Without Me singer shared a close-up of her makeup-free face on her Instagram Stories.
“VMA week was so hard and now lupus is doing lupus. I’m going through treatment today and have a mandatory day off so I don’t have a crisis. It’s the new normal. I love you,” she wrote, adding a pink butterfly on the bridge of her nose.
“The butterfly has always been a special symbol of mine. How ironic and poetic that it has come to mean this,” she added.

“Also it’s not my lupus that makes me blush lol @aboutfacebeauty,” she wrote, tagging her cosmetics line.
The post comes after the singer (born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) confirmed she is engaged to Jogia.
After seeing a social media post that referred to Jogia as her boyfriend, the Bad at Love hitmaker corrected the statement by replying: ‘***fiancé Avan Jogia.’
Earlier in the evening, she joked that they were looking forward to walking down the aisle one day when asked if they planned to get married.
“I hope so,” the mother of one boy enthused about whether she wants to marry Jogia. “Avan is the best.”
She continued: “He’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me in my life. And every day I spend with him is a day I feel like I’m with my best friend.”
The About-Face founder also raved that he is “best friends” with her three-year-old son, Ender, whom she shares with her ex Alev Aydin. “They are inseparable,” she said. E! News on the black carpet of the VMAs.
In July, the couple sparked engagement rumors after they were spotted getting cozy during a romantic picnic.
During the outing, she was seen sporting a green emerald surrounded by smaller, sparkling diamonds on her left hand.

Halsey and Avan, who mostly keep their relationship out of the public eye, first sparked romance rumors in June 2023 when they were spotted on a trip to Spain.
Later in September, the couple was spotted together once again as they held hands on a date in Los Angeles.
The following month, the couple went Instagram official by showing off chic leather ensembles designed by Luis De Javier.
The two stars made their red carpet debut when they attended the premiere of Monkey Man in West Hollywood in April.
