“Who wants this smoke?” Halle Berry, 54, shows off her hot body and washboard abs after finishing boxing workout

She is known for taking on physically demanding roles in such films as Catwoman and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.

And on Friday morning, Halle Berry proved she still has what it takes to keep her figure in combat form as she posted a smoldering photo to her Instagram.

In the photo, the Oscar-winning actress saw much of her impressively toned body put on full display after completing a boxing routine at one of her usual gyms.

The 54-year-old artist also wrote a humorous note in the caption of the post: “Who wants this smoke?”

Berry was dressed in a black and gray multi-pattern sports bra; her washboard abs and muscular arms were fully visible in an instant.

She continued with her athletic dress ensemble featuring a form-fitting black athletic Koral legging that clasped tightly around her sculpted thighs.

Much of the X-Men actress’s beautifully dyed hair was tied up, although her gorgeous bangs fell to her forehead during the training session.

The actress also tagged her wellness platform Respin’s Instagram account in the caption of her post.

Berry started the platform last year with the intention of providing fitness routines and wellness tips to her followers; it often appears in promotional material.

After Respin grew bigger, the artist began offering workout products and sportswear on the brand’s website.

During a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the actress shared how she has tried to maintain a toned figure throughout her career and how she has never strayed from trying to stay in good shape.

‘I have always been fit and have always thought about fitness and taking care of my body. It’s only changed in terms of how I added my fitness regimen, ‘she said.

Berry also discussed how her role John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum required her to follow a grueling schedule, alternating between advanced fitness routines and heavy martial arts training.

The artist recalled, “I trained five hours a day on some days. It took its toll, but I was determined to do it. It was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

‘It required a kind of dedication and focus and attention to my diet like I never had before,’ she added.

Taking it seriously: In a recent interview, the artist noted that training for her role in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum was “one of the hardest things I’ve ever done”; she can be seen in the 2019 film along with Keanu Reeves

The results of Berry’s intense training were shown in full in her directorial debut Bruised, which debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival last year.

In the film, the actress portrayed a mixed martial arts fighter attempting to return to the ring while dealing with personal issues.

Although the artist trained heavily for the feature film, she sustained a minor injury while filming a fight scene, which led to a brief delay in filming; she returned to the set after a few days of recovery.

Bruised will be released on an indefinite date on Netflix later this year.
