Hailey Bieber gushes over massive billboard for her new Rhode skincare line in Hollywood

Hailey Bieber got a kick out of driving past the huge billboard advertising her new Rhode skincare line on Hollywood’s world-famous Sunset Blvd earlier this week.

“Today we were forced to file a lawsuit against Hailey Bieber and her new skincare line launched last week that uses the Rhode brand,” the co-owners of the minority-owned nine-year-old Clothing company from Rhode wrote in a statement.

The co-owners stated that they “didn’t want to file this lawsuit,” but they had to to protect against brand confusion.

Co-founders Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers, who filed the lawsuit in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on June 21, praised Bieber for creating her own skincare line.

“We don’t want to charge Hailey; we want to celebrate her. As female fellow entrepreneurs, we wish her every success,” they write in a statement.

Bieber has not yet commented on the lawsuit or publicly commented on it, but a source linked to the model alleges that Hailey and the clothing company both have trademarks for different types of business, meaning the clothing company may not have a basis on which to sell her. to complain.
