The Rhode skincare founder, 28, met up with the supermodel, 29, at the exclusive Sushi Park restaurant, frequented by A-list celebrities.
With strong winds hitting Los Angeles, Hailey bundled up in an army green trench coat with a brown collar.
She completed her simple yet elegant look with a plain white t-shirt, blue jeans and a pair of black ballet flats.
Instead of contacts and all the glam, Hailey, who welcomed her first child with husband Justin Bieber last year, rocked glasses and kept her makeup looking natural.
Hailey and Kendall, who arrived separately at the trendy restaurant, were joined by bodyguards.
