Gypsy Rose Blanchard admitted to sexually experimenting with other women while behind bars on the latest episode of Lifetime’s Life After Lock Up.

In the reality series, survivor Gypsy’s Munchausen, 32, alluded to being intimate with her fellow inmates during her seven years in prison, where she was serving time for her role in the murder of her abusive mother Dee Dee.

The former inmate turned TV star explained that her sexual experimentation came after she spent much of her adolescence believing she was attracted to women.

“For a long time, I questioned my sexuality because when I was a teenager or preteen I felt like I was attracted to girls,” he shared.

“And I got to experiment with that in prison,” he continued. “I think I’ve kissed more girls than boys.”

Given her same-sex romantic entanglements in prison, she became apprehensive about the prospect of consummating her marriage to her now ex-husband Ryan Scott Anderson.

“I had such big fears that I (wouldn’t) like sex,” she said of being intimate with a male partner.

However, having sex with Ryan turned out to be trouble-free, according to Gypsy.

‘It was ok!’ she laughed, giving the thumbs up to her stepmother Kristy and her half-sister Mia’s update on her the next morning, just a day out of jail.

‘I’m happy it was with the right person, you know? That’s important,’ she emphasized.

“A big part of femininity is learning to be comfortable with our sexuality,” she reflected as she showed off the lingerie she had been able to try on for the first time since her release.

And for years I wasn’t. I’m self-conscious because I have scars all over my body. And I had many surgeries that were unnecessary. And then I think, “Am I going to be what he wants me to be? Am I attractive to him?” she questioned as she folded lingerie on his bed.

‘And what if I’m not a sexual being? And so I’m discovering things about myself. I say, “I’m a freak!” she exclaimed.

In a conversation with Mia, Gypsy further described that she was in no rush to have children and wanted to “get married” first.

Ryan and Gypsy married in a prison wedding in 2022.

In the days following his release, he further stated to Mia that he “knew in his heart that marriage is stable, but I want to feel it first.”

Unfortunately, in March 2024, just months after being released from prison, Gypsy announced that she and Ryan were divorcing.

‘People have been asking what’s going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I have moved into my parents’ house in the bayou.

‘I am counting on the support of my family and friends to help me get through this. I’m learning to listen to my heart. “Now I need time to allow myself to find… who I am,” she wrote.

Ryan later admitted that the split had “blindsided” him, as DailyMail.com exclusively reported.

“I haven’t talked to her, so I don’t know what’s going on. I’m lost. I’m really not doing well at all,” he said.

For her part, speaking to DailyMail.com, Gypsy admitted that she “regretted” her marriage to Ryan.

Gypsy is rumored to be back involved with her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker, whom she began dating in September 2017. They stayed together for two years and Gypsy is still serving her sentence.

In the end it was Ken who broke things up, which “devastated” her, she said.
