The 50-year-old Oscar-winning founder of Goop created the @goopsex account on the platform that has so far focused on how lovers can tease each other with ‘the edge’ and instructions on how to achieve the perfect orgasm.
Her wellness site, worth an estimated £200m, told its members about the launch of the quirky feed: ‘One thing we believe at goop is that true fulfillment comes from really knowing yourself and feeling comfortable enough to show up in the world and in your relationships as your whole self.
“An important pillar of this is how we feel about our sexuality. We’ve created a new Instagram channel for those of us who want to further our education in this area: @goopsex.
It’s a place for the pursuit of pleasure, where you can stay up-to-date with our latest content covering sex, intimacy, and relationships – along with tips from in-demand practitioners and new tools. The Goop Sex feed so far has 14 posts and 3,174 followers.
