Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reunited for their 18-year-old son Moses’ high school graduation in Los Angeles on Friday.

The former couple married in 2003 and separated in 2014, in what Gwyneth described as a “conscious disconnection.”

Since then, they’ve both found love elsewhere: Gwyneth in her marriage to Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk, and Chris with Fifty Shades of Gray star Dakota Johnson.

However, throughout their years apart, Chris and Gwyneth have remained amicable parents to Moses and their 20-year-old daughter Apple.

Both exes seemed to be in high spirits as they celebrated their son’s graduation, where Gwyneth was seen giving Moses a warm hug.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reunited for their 18-year-old son Moses’ high school graduation in Los Angeles on Friday.

Gwyneth was accompanied by her mother, actress Blythe Danner, who has appeared in films such as Meet The Parents and The Prince Of Tides.

Also joining her was Brad, best known for his writing collaborations with Ryan Murphy, including Glee and American Horror Story.

Dakota couldn’t attend the ceremony because she was in New York City filming her upcoming romantic comedy Materialists.

For her son’s big day, Gwyneth cut a summer figure in a simple pink dress that showed off her slender figure and plunged to offer a hint of cleavage.

Wearing her signature blonde locks in sumptuous waves, the Oscar-winning actress gave the look a touch of sparkle with a gold heart locket.

She made sure she was safe from a drop in temperatures by wrapping herself in a brown knit cardigan and pairing the ensemble with sandals.

Meanwhile, Chris exuded formal English elegance at the prom, arriving in a full suit and tie and accessorizing the look with a pin.

He radiated good humor and bonhomie, smiling widely as he chatted with his daughter before heading to the festive event.

Apple modeled an elegant polka dot dress that emphasized her slender figure and let down the wavy blonde hair that has generated a flurry of comparisons to Gwyneth.

The graduation comes weeks after Gwyneth admitted her growing anxiety at the prospect of becoming an empty nester.

Moses, their youngest son, is headed to Brown University in Rhode Island, across the country from what Gwyneth has called her “forever home” in Montecito.

“If I’m honest, I’m having a nervous breakdown,” she confessed at an event for her wellness brand Goop, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“I started saying, ‘Oh my God, I need to quit my job, I need to sell my house, and I need to move.’ It’s kind of a chaos in things,” he said.

‘My identity has been being a mother. Apple will turn 20 years old in May. That’s why I’ve oriented my entire life around them, their schedules and when classes start.’

She explained: “You start to let go little by little when they drive or do certain things. It is a slower process.”

Gwyneth added: “I feel very lucky because I have a close group of mom friends and we all raise our children together.” So we are in this together.”

When she and Chris first split in 2014, she inspired widespread ridicule by referring to their split as a “conscious disconnection.”

However, in the intervening years, the exes have received plaudits for the harmony with which they have raised their children despite their divorce.

Gwyneth recently shared how important it was for her and Chris to have a friendly co-parenting relationship for the sake of Apple and Moses.

She explained that she and Chris “really didn’t want them to experience divorce as a trauma,” in a cover interview with Bustle.

“We knew it would be difficult, of course, but we didn’t want them to ever feel in the middle, or for one of us to be criticizing the other.”

The wellness mogul revealed: “At that time, I did something very personal, and that’s when I knew I wanted to get divorced, I collected data and talked to adults who had been the product of a broken home.”

She revealed: “Each of them said, ‘I didn’t care that my parents were getting divorced. That wasn’t all. But the fact that they didn’t talk to each other, that they couldn’t both sit at the table. “A table for my birthday…”

‘They said that was the most horrible thing. You could see that they held him with a lot of pain and anger. I was like, “That’s what I’m never going to do.” And we really didn’t.
