Music legend Gwen Stefani cried as she received a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The No Doubt alumnus, 54, became the latest star to be recognized by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, and some of the biggest names in music turned out to show their support, including her husband, Blake Shelton, 47.
Music director Jimmy Iovine and country icon Reba McEntire were also in the audience, and Iovine even made some comments on the hitmaker’s behalf.
Gwen looked stunning in a metallic mini dress embellished with stars as she posed for a brand new star.
She wore fishnet tights and shiny silver boots, with her vibrant blonde locks pulled up in a high ponytail and her signature red lip adding a pop of color.

Fittingly, Stefani’s plaque is cemented next to the Amoeba Music store, a beloved music establishment, and is the 2,764th star added to the boulevard, according to the newspaper. ABC7.
Blake was one of the big names singing her praises. When he took the stage, Gwen was standing next to him with a big smile on her face.
Recalling their first meeting on The Voice in 2014, Blake said he remembered that the singer had no security details, but she said her sons acted like her bodyguards. KTL.
“It was clear to me that she was a mother first, above anything else in the world. That was her main job,” he said. “But today it’s nice to see her being honored for her side project, one of the biggest stars in the world.”
Gwen became emotional when she heard her husband singing her praises, according to KTLA.
When it was her turn to address the audience, she said, “Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that this girl right here from Orange County would have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It just doesn’t make sense to me.’
She then called out Iovine and said to him, “Jimmy! What are we doing?’
Gwen then described the first time they met at a music showcase, where he predicted she would be a “star” in six years.

‘Gwen Stefani, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a star on the boulevard. Forever, perfectly together. Tell me, Gwen, wouldn’t that be sweet,” said Steven Nissen, president and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce.
Stefani rose to fame as a member of the legendary ska-punk band No Doubt in the 1990s and remains a household name to this day.
After releasing hits like Don’t Speak and Sunday Morning with the group, she eventually launched her own solo career with her debut solo album Love. Angel. Music. Baby is released in 2004.
Not only was she a force to be reckoned with in the music world, but she also made her mark in the fashion and beauty industries with her LAMB and GXVE lines.
Since 2014, she has been a judge on The Voice, where she met her second husband Blake Shelton.
They married in 2021, five years after she divorced her first husband Gavin Rossdale. She shares her three sons with Gavin.
