A 40-year-old man was shot in the groin in an apparent drive-by shooting in the Sydney suburb of Guildford.
The victim was attacked around midnight on Donnelly Street, and police suspect it was a drive-by shooting. He has been rushed to the hospital.
Nearby, around 3:00 a.m., a burned Nissan Pulsar, possibly the getaway vehicle used in the shooting, was discovered.
Authorities are treating this incident as a possible gangster attack.
