In new photos from the set, Jon could be seen bruised and bloodied while filming scenes with his co-stars.
He wore his trademark skull-embellished bulletproof vest, complete with black cargo pants and holstered pistols.
Jon was joined on set by Charlie Cox, who plays lead character Matt Murdock, known as his alias Daredevil.

While most recent Marvel Cinematic Universe shows debuting on Disney Plus typically span between six and nine episodes, Daredevil: Born Again will have a supersized 18-episode order.
The show takes its title from an iconic 1986 comic book written by Frank Miller and illustrated by David Mazzuchelli, although this show is said to deviate greatly from that story.

His most recent appearance was in the second season of Netflix’s The Punisher, which aired in 2019.
That show was also connected to Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, all set in New York City, and all the characters came together to form The Defenders in a 2017 miniseries.
While Marvel licensed the characters to Netflix, they were not connected to the overall Marvel Cinematic Universe, although when all the shows were cancelled, many fans gave up hope of ever seeing them again.
That all changed in January 2021, when Marvel’s Kevin Feige hinted in an interview that all of the Marvel Netflix characters could still appear in the MCU at some point.
Cox was the first to do so, with his cameo early in 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, where he was seen dropping charges against Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland).
Cox’s Daredevil co-star Vincent D’Onofrio returned as Kingpin in the Disney Plus series Hawkeye, while Cox also reprized his role in the She-Hulk series.
Both Cox and D’Onofrio are expected to star in the upcoming Marvel series Echo, a Hawkeye spinoff that follows Alaqua Cox as the title character, aka Maya Lopez.
Production on that series wrapped in August 2022, and while it was initially scheduled to debut in 2023, it was later pushed back to 2024. No release date has yet been given.
While three of the main characters from Netflix’s Daredevil are returning, some of that show’s other supporting characters reportedly won’t be returning.
Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) will not return, although it’s unclear if those characters simply won’t be around or if Marvel will recast.
