A serial Tinder creep who bombarded women with abusive text messages after they rejected his advances is now a wanted man being pursued by police for alleged harassment and intimidation, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.

Thomas McGuirk, 34, went viral in 2020 after sending vile voicemails to Tinder partner Ebonie Sanderson, 30, calling her a “fat pig” and “fucking ugly.”

The IT worker was later fired from his job when eight more women told similar horror stories of being harassed after they rejected him.

McGuirk eventually humiliatedly apologized, saying he was “sincerely sorry” and “embarrassed” by his “wrong behavior” that was due to his “struggle with rejection.”

Now Daily Mail Australia can reveal that McGuirk, who has remained out of public view since early 2021, is the subject of an active arrest warrant.

The order was issued by New South Wales Police at Hornsby Local Court on July 12, 2021, just months after his antics sparked widespread outrage.

Police are seeking to charge McGuirk with harassment and intimidation, but have been unable to locate him for more than three years to serve him with court papers.

Court documents obtained by Daily Mail Australia reveal police allege McGuirk harassed or intimidated a woman, with the intention of causing her to fear physical or mental harm, in Beecroft, in Sydney’s north, on August 30, 2020.

While berating the women, McGuirk said he was so attractive that he had no problem getting dates.

While berating the women, McGuirk said he was so attractive that he had no problem getting dates. “Look at my damn face,” he told Mrs. Sanderson. “It’s not hard for me to get laid.”

The alleged incident against the woman, who was not among those who had previously shared their experiences with the media, occurred just four weeks before she was exposed as a dating app plague.

When Daily Mail Australia attempted to contact McGuirk earlier this month, his father revealed his son had been estranged from the family “for years.” “I have no idea where it is,” he said.

“I have no relationship with him.”

In late October 2020, three weeks after apologizing for his behaviour, McGuirk launched a supplements business, registered in a unit at Meriton Suites in Waterloo.

The commercial registration was canceled 18 months later, in April 2022.

Since then, McGuirk does not appear to have participated in online activities and any paper records that could indicate his whereabouts have gone cold.

Daily Mail Australia also understands that McGuirk, who indicated he was 28 years old on his dating app profile in 2020, was actually 30 years old at the time.

McGuirk’s appalling actions were first exposed when Sanderson bravely detailed how she was reprimanded after turning down an invitation to come to his Bondi flat.

McGuirk lashed out: “You’re actually a fat fucking pig.” Do you know that? Thank you. You’re fucking ugly. Your ass looks good and you would have been a screw up.’

“You would have just been a fuck because you’re a fat, disgusting pig.”

An arrest warrant issued for McGuirk three years ago remains active as police have been unable to find him.

Feminist activist Clementine Ford reshared the post, and an army of her followers subsequently inundated McGuirk’s then-boss at Sydney logistics company Invenco with emails demanding the tech worker be fired.

Company owner Dave Scott later fired McGuirk, saying he was “shocked and disgusted” by the messages, which would make his “blood boil” if anyone ever said that to his four young daughters.

Women from across Australia (and as far away as London) flocked to the internet to share stories of similar encounters with McGuirk.

Their ordeals included being belittled, called a ‘shit’ and a ‘whore’ and then, after blocking McGuirk, being persistently trolled by him under new accounts.

Days later, he apologized, said his notoriety was a “wake-up call” and promised to stay off social media. However, in December, the women reported that he had returned to using dating apps under various aliases.

Classmates from McGuirk’s hometown of Port Macquarie on the New South Wales mid-north coast revealed at the time that he was repeatedly rejected in high school and bullied for his buck teeth and speech impediment.

McGuirk has remained out of the public eye in recent years.

A former friend said his mother and sister were still residents of the Port Macquarie region and were both highly respected in the community.

“They are very, very good people and would be absolutely beside themselves with their recent behavior,” he said at the time.
