The grandson of the late televangelist Rev Billy Graham has been hospitalized with COVID-19 and is in critical condition.
Jonathan Lotz, who also runs a ministry like his grandfather, is currently in the ICU at an undisclosed hospital.
His mother, Anne Graham Lotz, said Jonathan is not on a ventilator and is “physically exhausted but mentally overflowing.”
In a Facebook post Published Sunday evening, Anne said Jonathan had texted her earlier that morning with an update on his condition.
He told her that although he was tired, he was “constantly pouring out the Psalms of Ascension (120-134) in the ICU” and “had the privilege of sharing Jesus with the ER & ICU staff!”
Anne, along with their entire family, asks people to remember Jonathan in their prayers.
“Just please don’t stop,” she pleaded on social media. “Pray that he doesn’t have to be on a ventilator, that his oxygen levels rise, that his lungs become stronger and healed, and that his health will be fully restored – with no long-term complications. My heart is filled with gratitude for your prayers.’
