“I would love to go to the Olympics,” Tame said alphabetwhen asked if any ideas had occurred to him while watching the Paris Games marathon.

‘I’m never going to set a limit for myself.

“I just have to work on my speed and my consistency and probably change some things in terms of my work priorities because cognitive load is something to take into account.

“I have a fairly high cognitive load on any given day and I would need to reduce it to develop my potential as a runner.”

During the podcast, Tame also talked about his running journey, why he loves the sport, and why he thinks it’s a great way for people to relax and unwind.

Tame said she started running as a child at school and was inspired to take up the sport by her cousin Elouise, a triathlete.

When asked if he would “legitimately have a chance” to qualify for the Olympics, Tame again said he wasn’t ruling anything out.

“We’re about four years apart, but I think I must have been about six or seven when she was going for a run one morning and I asked her if I could go with her,” he continued.

‘It has been a turbulent journey in which I have had significant periods of absence due to trauma or injuries.
