Two people have been injured after a light plane with no engine crashed in central Victoria.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on the corner of Snipey Rd and Murchison-Goulburn Weir Rd around 8am on Sunday, where they found a man aged around 70 who had been injured.
It is understood the pair were flying a gyroscopic helicopter over Goulburn Weir before running into trouble and crashing.
A gyrocopter, or autogyro, is a form of helicopter that does not use a motor to turn the rotor, but instead uses airflow beneath the cabin to provide upward propulsion.
