His operation currently has a 4.8-star rating on Google.
Mrs Imisides had already been given a nose job when Dr. Tavakoli worked on her nose and cheeks in February 2017.
She then failed to attend all but one of the appointments, before telling her ex-husband that she was accused of irresponsible cheating and posting her defamatory assessment.
Dr. webmaster Tavakoli testified that site traffic to the operation's website dropped nearly 25 percent in the week following the woman's review.
