Good Morning Britain’s Alex Beresford has announced that his wife Imogen McKay is pregnant with the couple’s first child.
The weather presenter, 43, took to Instagram with a gushing post as he lovingly rested his hand on businesswoman Imogen’s, 30, burgeoning baby bump.
Alex, who shares son Cruz, 14, with ex-wife Natalia Natkaniec, gushed that the news was the biggest gift.
Writing: ‘The greatest gift. Amazed by the growth of my beautiful wife’s Baby B. We are looking forward to meeting you. unknown’.
Fans and celebrity friends took to the comments section to congratulate the couple, including a host of Alex’s GMB colleagues.

Imogen is the co-founder, with her business partner Nathan Cole, of luxury gifting service Colford.

Alex married Imogen in a stunning ceremony in Mallorca in September 2022, after previously getting down on one knee on the island.
And at his wedding his son Cruz acted as ring bearer and his mini-best man, while his brother and cousin played the role of ushers, and his best friends – both named León – were his godfathers.

Imogen’s sisters Helena and Georgia were bridesmaids and led the wedding procession down the aisle to the foot of the white marble temple.
Alex popped the question on New Year’s Day while the couple were on holiday on a beach in Deia, Mallorca, after two years of dating.
A mutual friend set up a blind date for the lovebirds in August 2020. and the rest is history.
To commemorate their special moment, the happy couple returned to the Spanish island to get married at the picturesque Son Marroig estate.
Before Alex and Imogen met, she remembered that she had never seen him on television before meeting him and refrained from looking him up before their date because she wanted to know first-hand what he was like.
Recalling their first date in Bristol, where Beresford lives, she said: “When we met, it felt like we’d known each other for a long time. Holding hands and laughing together felt natural.”
The couple had a long-distance relationship between Bristol and London before their engagement.
Meanwhile Alex HELLO! magazine: ‘I had been alone for a while and was ready for a new relationship. But I insisted that I didn’t want to try a dating website.
“I’m at an age where, before social media, you’d meet a girl, take her phone number, and call her to ask her out.”
He explained that he asked a friend if she knew anyone she would get along with, to which she replied, “Yes, but she’s too good for you.”
The presenter said he laughed and told her “She’s the one I want!”
Reflecting on the start of their relationship, he said: ‘We got on well from the start. We talk every day about our shared values and goals and our love for our families. “We’ve always been on the same page.”
Last year, Alex left his wife at home to participate in this year’s Race Across the World celebrity edition, and she’s not happy, according to radio times.
Alex decided to take his father Noel on the demanding adventure and said his wife Imogen wanted to accompany him.

Alex said: ‘You can’t spend this kind of time with your parents when you’re an adult.
Imogen was upset as she loves to travel and is a fan of the show, but as much as I love her and spend time with her, I’m not sure this was the honeymoon she would want!
“In hindsight, I think I made the right decision.”
Alex has worked on Good Morning Britain since 2014 and made his debut on Dancing On Ice in 2018.
