Billionaire filmmaker Tyler Perry was spotted visiting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s $14.7 million home in Montecito over the weekend.
The Hollywood titan, who is famous for offering several major assists to the royal couple as they settled into their American lives, was spotted getting out of his $200,000 Lamborghini Urus and boarding his $125 million private jet in Los Angeles.
He then flew 20 minutes to Santa Barbara, where he and the Sussexes met for about two hours before returning to his jet, which then made its way to his Atlanta, Georgia empire.
The luxury private jet is the same one Perry allowed Meghan and Harry to use for their so-called freedom flight in 2020, when they left their old life in the UK behind to build a new one in California.
Perry, who reportedly donned a suit to see Harry and Meghan, traveled with a lone bodyguard. The filmmaker is godfather to Lilibet Diana – and Meghan and Harry both stayed at his mansion in Los Angeles for months in 2020.
He was pictured in a casual outfit consisting of black On Cloud sneakers, a collared shirt, a black zip-up hoodie and black jeans. He turned out to be carrying a large water bottle with a dark liquid.

It was recently reported that Harry and Meghan have been invited to King Charles’ coronation later this year, but have not yet clarified whether they will attend.
A Sussex spokesperson told The Times: “I can confirm that the Duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty’s Office regarding the coronation.
“An immediate decision as to whether the Duke and Duchess will attend will not be announced by us at this time.”
One of the couple’s concerns, according to royal experts, is that they will “seem irrelevant” if they don’t attend King Charles’s coronation later this year.
Harry and Meghan declined to confirm whether or not they would attend the historic May event, but Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has said they “wouldn’t dare stay away.” ‘

He told MailOnline: “It has always been clear that King Charles would invite Harry and Meghan to the coronation. He considers this important as a symbol of national unity.
‘However, their response is uncertain and presents them with an acute dilemma. On the one hand, they want conversations with senior royals and accountability for what they believe they went through when they were senior working royals.
“They believe that the royal family and the press have tried to drive them into exile. They want apologies. They won’t get it.
‘The Sussexes have contracts with Netflix, Spotify and Random House. They only have these because they are members of the royal family. If they have not attended this momentous event, they will seem very unattainable. ‘

Fitzwilliams added: ‘The courtiers, too, are aware of their obsession with controlling the story and getting publicity. They will be strictly controlled, just like during the platinum anniversary celebrations. Conversations with other royals will focus on the weather.
So the dilemma is theirs. They won’t be missed if they don’t get through much of the British public. If they don’t, however, they risk appearing irrelevant and polls in America have shown a seismic drop in their support.
“Since they have not decided on constructive careers and the endless interviews, memoirs and threats of more memoirs are recent evidence of this, I suspect they dared not stay away. We will see.’
Prince Harry, who has launched a series of extraordinary attacks against the royal family along with his wife Meghan in recent months, has confirmed that he has received an email from his father regarding the event.
The coronation, which will be seen by millions in the UK and possibly billions around the world, will take place on May 6 – the same day as the fourth birthday of Archie, Harry’s son.
The news comes days after Charles kicked his son and daughter-in-law out of their UK home, Frogmore Cottage, a move that would complicate future UK visits from the California-based couple.

There has been much debate in recent months over whether King Charles would invite his youngest son to his coronation.
Relations between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family have become tense in recent years, with both Harry and Meghan openly criticizing the firm.
Not only did Harry get out of the house, but revealed intimate, personal conversations with himself and other members of this family, his memoir Spare, which was released earlier this year.
The publication saw explosive details of Harry and his older brother William’s fractious relationship exposed, including the Duke recounting how they were involved in a physical altercation that left Harry visibly injured.
