Arctic Monkeys and Guns N’ Roses have been announced as Glastonbury’s last two headliners, with Sir Elton John at the top of the bill.
The full lineup was announced Friday and includes Lizzo, Lewis Capaldi, The War On Drugs, Christine And The Queens, Thundercat, Lil Nas X, Lana Del Rey, Carly Rae Jepsen and Manic Street Preachers.
Arctic Monkeys, consisting of Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O’Malley and Matt Helders, will headline the Pyramid Stage for the third time in their career on Friday 23 June.
The next day, Sweet Child O’ Mine rockers Guns N’ Roses make their Worthy Farm debut.
They join previously confirmed Sunday night headliner, Sir Elton, who will wrap up the musical extravaganza in Somerset, South West England, on June 25.

The Rocket Man singer’s performance marks the final UK show of his record-breaking Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
Elton had previously announced one last show in 2019 after vowing never to tour again, but he’s since U-turned and hit the road again after a ‘restful break at home’ – with his current tour now his last.
Speaking of the announcement, Elton said, ‘I couldn’t be more excited to headline the Pyramid Stage.
“As the end of my Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour draws near, there is no more appropriate way to say goodbye to my UK fans. They have been beyond brilliant and supported me through all the highs and lows of my career.
‘Each week I speak to new artists on my radio show and Glastonbury is often cited as a pivotal moment in launching their careers – the festival’s genuine, enthusiastic support for the best emerging talent is something I’ve long admired.
‘I’ve been talking to Emily Eavis about it for the past few weeks and I can’t wait to embrace the spirit of the biggest festival in the world. It gets incredibly emotional.”
Meanwhile, Blondie drummer Clem Burke recently confirmed that the band will perform at the festival.
Speaking to Foxy Radio, he revealed that following their Crystal Palace Park performance with Iggy Pop on July 1, the band will be playing other festivals.

Clem said: ‘We also do Isle of Wight Festival and some other festivals… I think the full list of artists who will be playing Glastonbury hasn’t really been announced yet… but we’re going to be playing Glastonbury, so maybe you’ I have an exclusive copy there.’
Founded by Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein, Blondie last performed at Glastonbury in 2014 on the Other Stage and released their hits on the Pyramid Stage in 1999.
Last year’s headliners at Glastonbury were Billie Eilish, Sir Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar.
While there is excitement about the upcoming festival, music fans have berated Glastonbury organizers for praising ‘ordinary people’ and turning it into a festival ‘exclusively for the wealthy’ after ticket prices for 2023 rose by almost 20 per cent to £340.
Standard tickets cost £335 plus a £5 booking fee, with a £50 deposit and the balance due the first week of April.
The last time tickets went on general sale was in 2019 when they cost £280 plus a £5 booking fee for what should have been the 2020 festival, but it was subsequently canceled for two years due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The criticism forced festival organizer Emily Eavis to defend the price hike, attributing it to “incredibly challenging times.”

She said: “We have tried very hard to minimize the price increase on the ticket, but we are facing massive increases in the cost of running this massive show while still recovering from the huge financial impact of two years without festival due to Covid.
‘The £50 deposit on the ticket sale day in November is the same as always, with the balance not paid until April.
“And as always, many thousands of people will have the opportunity to come as volunteers or as members of the crew.
“In these incredibly challenging times, we want to continue to bring you the best show in the world and provide our charities with funds that are more important than ever. We are, as always, immensely grateful for your continued support.”
