A glamorous Florida woman had a grin in her photo after she was caught drink-driving.
Tiffany Neves, 35, of Sarasota, was arrested Tuesday evening shortly after 8 p.m. for allegedly driving drunk on St. Pete Beach at Sunset Way and 27th Avenue in Pinellas County, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Neves’ mugshot shows her dressed in an orange jumpsuit with her hair down – seemingly unfazed as she flashes a slight grin at the camera.
Investigators said multiple witnesses watched Neves as she drove along a sidewalk onto the sand of the beach.
Known for its white sand beaches and clear waters, St. Pete Beach allows its residents to drive on the beach with a permit that must remain in the vehicle at all times.
When officers arrived on scene, Neves refused a routine breath test to check for alcohol.
Nevertheless, officers said she still showed signs of intoxication and impairment and was therefore booked into the Pinellas County Jail on charges of driving under the influence.
Her glitzy mugshot sparked some online discussions about her appearance, but the Sunshine State native isn’t the first person whose good looks have overshadowed their alleged crime.

Neves joins a long list of suspects who have gone viral after their mugshots were posted online, despite their nefarious actions.
Notorious terror suspect Luigi Mangione — who allegedly murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson — turned into an unexpected online star after his arrest at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania on December 9.
Once the Ivy League graduate’s mugshot was released, he went from alleged murderer to the latest killer.
With every photo released of the alleged killer, who has since pleaded not guilty, social media users begged for more, and Luigi was eventually branded the ‘sexy killer’.
Since his arrest, the 26-year-old has become a sex symbol in certain corners of the internet.
But over the years, celebrities like Chase Crawford, Taylor Kinney, Kathryn Dennis, and Lorena Taverna have all raised heart rates with their own mugshots — proving that orange cell blocks can indeed be their color.
Other lesser-known people have also captured the world’s attention after their photo was taken by police following a crime.
Abbie Newman, a 29-year-old mother living in Georgia, spent four days behind bars after being arrested for drunken shoplifting at an Atlanta Walmart in 2024.

Mugshots of other celebrities, such as Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, have sent heart rates soaring as they posed in their orange cell block jumpsuit
Abbie Newman, a 29-year-old mother living in Georgia, was arrested for shoplifting in 2024 but started raking in tens of thousands of dollars on her OnlyFans account after her mugshot went viral on Instagram
But after her release, she discovered her mugshot had been shared on @mugshotshawtys – an Instagram account dedicated to sharing mugshots of the ‘handsome’ lawbreakers.
Her mugshot went viral, prompting lustful followers to seek her out online, where they discovered she had an OnlyFans account.
Then she realized that sometimes crime pays well.
“I didn’t even know until I got out of jail and saw that all my social media had gained followers and I was being tagged everywhere with my mugshot,” Abbie told DailyMail.com in February 2024.
Thanks to her viral fame, the mother of one was able to sell X-rated photos and videos of herself to her new followers on platforms like OnlyFans and Snapchat, making $24,000 in one week.
She believes her arrest and subsequent fame are a blessing in disguise.
‘I’m very happy that it happened. Most people don’t get a second chance, and I’m probably on my tenth chance now, so it’s really a blessing how it all turned out,” she added.
