Gisele Bündchen is feeling good about her ex-husband Tom Brady’s new romance with fellow model Irina Shayk following claims she was upset by the arrangement.

TMZ reported earlier on Monday that sources close to the 43-year-old supermodel said she was “not at all happy” with the news that Tom had moved in with Irina, 37.

But a source now tells DailyMail.com that Gisele initially went through a “revolving door of emotions” about the development, but is “currently in a good place with everything and hoping for the best.”

A source close to Gisele later claimed that TMZ on Monday that not only is she fine with Tom’s Love Live procedure, but she supposedly hoped he would move on with a new woman soon enough.

‘Why wouldn’t I be happy for Tom? She divorced him,” the source said, adding: “It’s helpful for her freedom that he moved on.”

They added that Gisele and Irina, 37, are not friends, but have known each other for years and so far have a cordial relationship.

The catwalk star’s alleged lack of concern about his ex’s love life comes as sources exclusively tell DailyMail.com that Tom and Irina’s relationship is “not just a fling”, adding that he is “ecstatic” about the new romance.

The DailyMail.com source said Tom’s new relationship was “difficult” for Gisele initially, and “she was upset”.

‘It made things more real. She and Tom had such an amazing thing that she ended it,” they said. “The emotions of that, especially after sharing children, were very emotional, but then she knew she couldn’t hold on to something that would never come back, she knew this day would come and honestly, she would love nothing more than Tom being happy.”

Despite their short-lived fight, Gisele has found peace with the legendary quarterback’s new romance, and her positive feelings for him haven’t been affected at all.

“She will have a love for him like no other, but her main concern and a part of the healing process is that he chooses someone who is not only right for him but also for his children,” they continued.

The source noted that “Floozy isn’t the word, but Gisele doesn’t want some random person leading Tom astray.”

They didn’t seem to be suggesting that Irina counted as a ‘girl’.

The source clarified that Tom had also behaved appropriately with Gisele and her family when starting a new relationship.

“Tom’s not stupid either, he made sure Gisele was in the know, and they still have that communication as co-parents,” they said.

“But overall, Gisele is just processing everything and getting to a point where she wants to be okay with it and she’ll be okay with it,” the source added. “So she definitely took an emotional lift, but she’s currently in a good place with everything and is hoping for the best.”

‘He feels that [he and Irina] they totally understand each other, and he really finds her extremely interesting, entrepreneurial, and has a smart sense of humor that really pulls into everything he does,’ they continued.

The source said Bradley Cooper’s former partner “wasn’t just an affair” and that Tom “really wants this to work.”

“He always told himself after his divorce that he would only get involved with someone with whom he could make a future, someone who could eventually introduce him to his children,” they said. ‘He really thinks highly of her and where this relationship could go. He doesn’t have any concerns with her, they seem to understand each other and get along quite well.’
