Giovanni Pernice ‘hit with fresh allegations he left ANOTHER celeb partner in tears ahead of crunch talks with Strictly Come Dancing bosses about his future on the show’

Giovanni Pernice has faced fresh allegations that he left a fourth famous couple in tears, ahead of his crucial talks with Strictly Come Dancing bosses this week about his future on the show.

The dancer, 33, reportedly left Step’s Faye Tozer, 48, in tears after a heated confrontation backstage on the spin-off show It Takes Two in 2018.

A source told T.Sun how Giovanni’s “fiercely competitive” nature left the pop star emotional and they clashed during rehearsals.

He told the publication: “They often clashed and she cried on It Takes Two.” She found him speaking abrasive to her.

Giovanni is already feuding with Amanda Abbington, who quit the BBC series last year before accusing him of difficult behavior during training and that her time in the competition left her with post-traumatic stress disorder.

It was also reported that Amanda joined the Italian’s other former partners, Ranvir Singh and Laura Whitmore, for an “emotional summit” to “compare notes” about their time working with him.

The Sun also reported that Giovanni would meet with Strictly top brass on Thursday, saying the broadcaster was backing the dancer after receiving no official complaints against him.

“He is an accomplished professional dancer and is expected to take his place in the formal line-up when it is announced later this month.”

MailOnline has contacted BBC representatives Giovanni and Faye for comment.

A source close to Amanda, Ranvir and Amanda told MailOnline: “They are very unhappy with the way the BBC is handling this.”

The source continued: “It’s one thing to say they support him, but they feel like Giovanni is being promoted and pushed to center stage in an attempt to make them leave and stay silent.” It’s a kick in the teeth.

“One of the reasons they wanted to meet was to try to find a way forward because they have no intention of backing down and letting this fade away.

“All three have been affected in different ways by what happened and have agreed to talk again about the best way to do something about it because they are genuinely concerned about the desire and the fact that someone else may end up experiencing what they suffered.” I’m going through.

A show source told The Mail: ‘There is a bit of chaos surrounding the whole show this year. Normally, a decision would have already been made about the professional dancers, but since the boss is away and she is highly respected, everything has been put on hold.

‘Without it no decisions would be made and it is wrong to expect someone who is on maternity leave to get involved in work matters when they are off.

‘For Giovanni, it means he has to wait to see his fate. The BBC have backed him up on this, they haven’t received any complaints from Amanda and it’s all become quite strange.

But he hasn’t put pen to paper yet. Giovanni, of course, wants to return. Why wouldn’t he do it?

While Amanda has not made any complaints against Giovanni, her representative told a leading newspaper that she had requested video footage of the couple’s training sessions from the BBC.

Last week, the dancer, who won the show in 2021 with deaf actress Rose Ayling-Ellis, broke his silence about working with Amanda.

He said: “It’s a shame because in my opinion it could have gone all the way.” I’m a perfectionist, 100 percent, but it all comes from a loving perspective.

‘I think all professional dancers are in the same place. If you are a professional dancer at one of these shows, you have to make these people look their best on Saturday night.
