Prosecutors have indicted Ghislaine Maxwell on two new counts of a fourth underage prosecutor – and warned they would go after her $ 22.5 million fortune.
The British socialite was charged with conspiracy over sex trafficking and sex trafficking involving a minor related to a woman who claims she first met Maxwell when she was 14.
According to a “ substitute charge ” that included previous charges, Maxwell paid the girl hundreds of dollars to give Jeffrey Epstein sexual massages and even sent her lingerie.
The time frame of the allegations has been extended to between 1994 and “at least” 2004, covering the period when Epstein interacted with powerful men such as Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton.
Neither man is named in the court documents, but it significantly raises the prospect that they will both be discussed at Maxwell’s trial.

The indictment also shows that prosecutors plan to seize Maxwell’s assets if she is convicted. During a bailout filing, she revealed that her and husband Scott Borgerson are worth $ 22.5 million.
The new indictment dramatically heightens the legal danger facing Maxwell, who has thus far pleaded not to be guilty of all charges.
The 24-page document says’ beginning in or around 2001 ‘Maxwell and Epstein’ lured and recruited, and caused to be seduced and recruited, underage girls to visit Epstein’s Palm Beach residence to engage in sexual acts with Epstein. after which Epstein, Maxwell, or any other Epstein employee would give the victims hundreds of dollars in cash. ‘
Maxwell is accused of calling victims to “ make an appointment for the victim to massage Epstein ” at his Palm Beach home.
The charge reads: “ When a victim initially arrived at the Palm Beach Residence, she was greeted by an Epstein employee, sometimes including Maxwell.
The victim is then escorted to a room with a massage table.
Once inside, the victim would give a nude or semi-nude massage to Epstein, who would usually be naked himself. During these encounters, Epstein would escalate the nature and extent of physical contact with sexual acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact with the victim’s genitals.
Maxwell “ facilitated Jeffrey Epstein’s access to underage victims, knowing that he had a sexual preference for underage girls and that he intended to engage in sexual activities with those victims, ” the indictment says.

The new prosecutor, referred to a child victim-4, reportedly met Maxwell at Epstein’s Palm Beach home when she was about 14.
Maxwell has subsequently communicated with her on ‘multiple’ occasions, even though she knew she was under 18 at the time, it is claimed.
These interactions took place between 2001 and 2004, the indictment states.

Clinton flew on Epstein’s plane on trips to Asia and Africa in the early 2000s and the other passengers were actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker.
The charge reads: ‘Maxwell nursed Minor Victim-4 for sexual acts
with Epstein in several ways.
For example, Maxwell asked Minor Victim-4 about her family and other aspects of her life.
“Maxwell also tried to normalize inappropriate and offensive behavior by, among other things, discussing sexual topics in the presence of Minor Victim-4 and being present when Minor Victim-4 was naked in the massage room of the Palm Beach residence.”
Maxwell is said to have offered to help the girl get a passport for foreign travel, but she declined.
On “multiple occasions,” Maxwell sent the girl “gifts,” including lingerie, from a Manhattan address that seems to refer to the mansion where she lived at the time.
Maxwell also reportedly encouraged the girl to “ recruit other young women to give Epstein sexualized massages, ” it is claimed.
Minor Victim 4 brought in “several women, including girls under 18” and received “hundreds of dollars in cash,” it is said.
Maxwell, 59, had previously been charged with six charges, including enticing minors to travel to engage in illegal sexual acts.
The indictment also reveals that prosecutors plan to confiscate Maxwell’s assets if she is convicted – during a bailout filing, she revealed that she and husband Scott Borgerson are worth $ 22.5 million. The couple is pictured in 2013
She was also charged with perjury in connection with a separate civil case.
All those six points remain, and with the additional two, Maxwell is now facing a total of eight charges.
Earlier this month, Maxwell was denied bail for a third time after US District Judge Alison Nathan again ruled she was a flight risk.
Maxwell had offered to give up her British and French citizenships and offer all of her $ 28.5 million assets that she and husband Scott Borgerson owned as bail.
The replacement indictment includes a new section called “forfeiture” that says that if convicted, Maxwell will be forced to “give up any property, real and personal, that was used to commit or facilitate the sixth count.”
The indictment says that if any of the properties have been “ transferred to a third person, ” or “ placed outside the jurisdiction of the court, ” or “ mixed in with other properties that cannot be divided without difficulty, ” the prosecution still continues forfeit ‘will seek. ‘of the property.
The provisions appear to be a clear reference to how Maxwell used a series of trusts to transfer her assets to Mr. Borgerson’s property, as described in financial notices she filed with the court.
Maxwell will face trial in July.
