German stars Antonio Rudiger and Niclas Fullkrug were involved in a heated altercation in training just days before the hosts kick off Euro 2024.
Rudiger had repeatedly brought down the striker while the defender was marking him closely during a crossing drill in training.
Fullkrug was left on the ground after a strong challenge and reportedly began insulting Rudiger.
The striker then got up and headed towards Rudiger, while the two players pushed each other.
Then assistant coach Sandro Wagner had to intervene to calm the situation.

Rudiger was seen leaving the training ground following the incident during the session.

Fullkrug had told coaching staff member Mads Buttgereit to “just blow the whistle.”
Rudiger was later seen sarcastically applauding Fullkrug, who was calmed down by a member of the coaching staff.
The pair met in the Champions League final earlier this month, with Rudiger’s Real Madrid winning 2-0 against Fullkrug’s Dortmund at Wembley.
Fullkrug had praised Rudiger earlier in the day, describing him and fellow center back Jonathan Tah as “simply world class” at a press conference.

“It feels great to have them both on the field.
