The money will go to the charity United24 created by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Emma Hayes will lead the blue team, led by Andriy Shevchenko, while Arsene Wenger will chair the yellow team, led by Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Patrick Vieira, led by Arsene Wenger, will take to the field against old enemies
The match sees former Chelsea stars Claude Makelele, William Gallas, Michael Essien, Gianfranco Zola, Ricardo Carvalho, Carlo Cudicini and Samuel Eto’o return to Stamford Bridge alongside current locals Emma Hayes and Mykhailo Mudryk.
Many former Arsenal stars are in attendance, namely Patrick Vieira, Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Per Mertesacker, Jack Wilshere and Bacary Sagna. They will once again be under legendary manager Arsene Wenger.
There is also a lot of World Cup pedigree. Alongside Mertesacker, Vieira and Pires, Pique, Fabio Cannavaro, Luca Toni, Massimo Oddo and Dida all lifted the coveted trophy.
Two Ballon d’Or winners are showing in form on Shevchenko and Cannavaro.
But there is only one man to win a Cypriot league and cup double, and that honor goes to John Arne Riise after his exploits in 2014/15, ten years after his Champions League success with Liverpool.
