The Atlanta-Journal Constitution He said the incident report said Gray tied up his mother before leaving her there for nearly a day to see her ex-husband.

The Atlanta newspaper said records show Gray was arrested in Barrow County on Nov. 6, two days after her mother was found, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

He pleaded guilty to charges of illegal entry, using a license plate to camouflage his car and causing damage to property.

Gray is the mother of 14-year-old Colt Gray, who has been charged with murder after he allegedly opened fire at his school in Georgia earlier this month, killing two students and two teachers.

Gray, 43, has been charged with exploiting an elderly person after she allegedly tied her mother, Deborah Polhamus, 73, to a chair.

On Monday, Gray was charged with individual counts of exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult or elderly person, false imprisonment, second-degree criminal damage to property and theft.

If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison on the most serious charge of elder exploitation.

Police allege the woman tied her mother to the chair, then took her iPhone and damaged a bathroom mirror and the back door of her mother’s home.

A police report seen by the outlet says Gray had become upset after her mother refused to accompany her to confront her ex-husband Colin Gray.

The incident report says: ‘Marcee became angry and told Deborah she was forcing her to go with her because she was going to kill her ex.

‘Deborah said she refused to go and Marcee threw her against the wall, causing a cut to her left wrist.

‘Marcee said that since Deborah wasn’t going to go, she was going to tie her to a chair and take away her phone so she couldn’t call anyone.’

Police caught up with Gray on Nov. 6 in connection with another incident and found her in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

According to the outlet, Polhamus was left with an injured wrist and bruises on both arms and legs.
