Georgia Kousoulou looked tense as she stepped out in Essex on Wednesday after her husband Tommy Mallet admitted he “sold everything” amid financial problems.
The TOWIE star, 32, married the billionaire businessman, 31, last December and she was by his side as he built his lucrative footwear line.
Tommy resigned from his role as Director of Mallet Footwear Ltd in October last year and in a series of Instagram posts this week, revealed that he is going through a “shitty time” after battling an unknown issue for months.
Georgia also seemed to feel the tension as she cut a somber figure as she headed to a garage with her two-year-old son, Brody.
He didn’t manage to smile during the checkout as he filled up his car before purchasing some essential items from the store.

It is unclear whether his footwear belonged to the Tommy footwear range, which launched in 2015 and generated more than £11.8 million in sales in one year, making Tommy one of TOWIE’s most successful exports.
The entrepreneur’s success skyrocketed and he was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Europe in the retail and e-commerce category in 2021.
However, in stark contrast, Tommy admitted he had “nothing left” in December last year after quitting the shoe business months earlier.
Taking to Instagram this week, Tommy revealed that he had been going through a “four-month battle and won”, and insisted that he now “has reason to prove that he will make everything he has lost back in abundance.”
He continued: ‘It’s probably not over, but as things are I can work and support my family.
‘I have sold all my assets to defend myself and start from scratch, but I have some wonderful businesses and I will give everything to get them back so my family can continue living the life I worked so hard to give them. .’

Tommy admitted that he couldn’t hope for the attack due to his personal problems, writing: “Normally we are used to this, but not the same year my wife had a miscarriage and I felt weak.”

Tommy added: “Just call me the monk who sold his Ferrari for a while.”

He opened up about his financial problems during an appearance on the Brogan Garrit-Smith show. Podcast Getting Therewhere he insisted that he “didn’t have any money.”
He said: ‘I have nothing financially right now. I basically made an acquisition in January, it was quite large and it was to buy back some shares for Mallet.
“I put money into Mallet to get my shares back thinking I was basically going to build next year, full force.”
Also referring to his wife Georgia’s tragic miscarriage, he said: “And obviously after seeing you, I lost the baby.” That changed my whole world and I thought: something needs to change.
