The Fryman Canyon home was sold to Clooney in 1995 for just $2.2 million by the Fleetwood Mac superstar.
The sprawling 7,000-square-foot abode has a main house and several guest houses, a tennis court and a swimming pool on a 3.1-acre plot.
According to the publication, the veteran Hollywood leading man hosted many soirées there over the past 29 years.

The sale of the home was confirmed by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc., who represented George in the business deal.
George and Amal were as in love as ever Thursday night while headlining the Clooney Foundation for Justice’s The Albies in New York City.
The actor praised his 46-year-old wife, who is a British human rights lawyer, as they hosted the charity event that highlights justice advocates who risk their lives with their work.
The ceremony took place at the New York Public Library and was intended to “send a message to those who abuse human rights and that the world is watching,” according to the Albies website.
The Ocean star said he would “support his wife in anything she’s involved in” as he stood by her side in front of a room of famous faces.
