She arrived in a Pasadena court on Thursday with a pair of crutches after pleading not guilty in a preliminary hearing last month.

Pullos was also charged with a misdemeanor hit-and-run and the driver of the other car was seriously injured and is suing her.
Pullos, who was dressed in a white blazer, cream pants and a blue top, was accompanied by her parents as she made her way to court for her hearing.
She allegedly drove the wrong way on the 134 freeway in Pasadena while drunk and high on marijuana before crashing into another car.
The actress, who has starred in General Hospital since 2009, also collided with an Oldsmobile driven by a 27-year-old woman from Fontana in the westbound lane moments before the horrific crash on April 29.
Pullos was arrested for driving under the influence and hit and run after being taken to hospital.
Courtney Wilder was identified as the other driver and had to be taken to hospital in critical condition following the crash.
The 23-year-old is suing Pullos, claiming she drove the wrong way on an off-ramp, and he had no time to react when he saw her headlights approaching.
Wilder says he suffered lasting injuries and his car was subsequently destroyed, and is suing the actress for damages.
First responders who rushed to the scene found Pullos smelling of alcohol with slurred speech and glassy eyes.
Marijuana edibles and tequila miniatures were later found in his white 2019 Ford after being searched by police.
Wilder claims in court documents from her trial that Pullos should never have been behind the wheel on April 29 and should have at least stopped driving when she was involved in a hit-and-run earlier that night.

He also alleges that Pullos punched a firefighter at the scene who was assessing his injuries and yelled, “That’s a $400 f****** shirt!”
Wilder argues that Pullos cared more about an “overpriced shirt” than the safety and well-being of the crash victims.
Authorities confirmed the driver of the first car did not sustain serious injuries, with a police report adding: ‘Haley Pullos has been determined to have been involved in a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident which s happened in the city of Pasadena before entering the wrong way on the eastbound SR-134 freeway.
She then swerved and found herself in the eastbound lane, colliding with an oncoming Kia traveling at 60 mph.
The driver of the Kia, who was only identified at the time as a 23-year-old man, was seriously injured and rushed to hospital.
According to a police report, Pullos was unable to get out of her wrecked car and was also injured.
The Pasadena Fire Department had to use death jaws to extricate Pullos from her vehicle before she was taken to Huntington Hospital.
Once there, it is alleged that she was aggressive and fought with hospital staff, before having to be sedated.
Pullos was spotted by DailyMail.com checking into a luxury rehab facility in Malibu in May.

Authorities say Pullos was traveling on the 134 freeway in California just before 1:30 a.m. on April 29 when she had a head-on crash.
