Gemma Collins was rushed to hospital and claimed she “almost died” after being stung by a wasp while on holiday in Venice on Monday.
The TOWIE star, 43, struggled to speak as her tongue swollen following an allergic reaction, before her fiancé Rami Hawash called an ambulance.
The businessman, who popped the question in February, captured the terrifying incident when the reality TV star administered ice to his tongue while he waited for medical help.
In the clip, an emotional Gemma explained that the couple was in the Italian city to plan their wedding, when she was stung while dining outdoors.
Gemma said: “I’m sitting here drinking my coffee. As I drink it I feel a strong sting on my tongue, and that can only happen to me.”

‘And now I’m about to die because my tongue is getting so swollen. But an ambulance is coming. “They will give me the injection and today I am not going to die.”
The ambulance reached the water and Gemma was examined and hooked up to a drip before being taken by boat to hospital.

While Rami responded: ‘It was really shocking to see you love, start practicing your spiritual work.’
