Gemma Collins revealed she had to call an ambulance for her fiancé Rami Hawash on Friday night and thanked paramedics for their help.
The former TOWIE star, 43, took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to reveal that the businessman, 50, had fallen ill.
She shared a photo of Rami lying on the couch while being hooked up to a machine, with two ambulance workers surrounding him.
Gemma wrote: “Thanks to the amazing ambulance service who came for Rami last night, thankfully he will be fine.”
It came just hours after the reality star shared a series of festive images as she closed out the year and told her followers she will speak to them in 2025.
In an instant, Gemma looked glamorous as she bundled up in a fluffy blue coat paired with a cream sweater dress and matching beret.

It comes after Gemma had her own health scare in October and was rushed to hospital, claiming she “almost died” after being stung by a wasp while on holiday in Venice.
TOWIE struggled to speak as her tongue swelled after an allergic reaction, before Rami called an ambulance.
The businessman, who popped the question in February, captured the terrifying incident when the reality TV star administered ice to his tongue while he waited for medical help.
In the clip, an emotional Gemma explained that the couple was in the Italian city to plan their wedding, when she was stung while dining outdoors.
Gemma said: “I’m sitting here drinking my coffee. As I drink it I feel a strong sting on my tongue, and that can only happen to me.”
‘And now I’m about to die because my tongue is getting so swollen. But an ambulance is coming. “They will give me the injection and today I am not going to die.”
The ambulance reached the water and Gemma was examined and hooked up to a drip before being taken by boat to hospital.

Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction and symptoms develop suddenly and may include: hives and swelling of the face or mouth.
Businessman Rami got engaged to the TOWIE legend earlier this year and the couple have since opened up about their plans for their upcoming nuptials, revealing they want three separate weddings.
Gemma explained that she wants a main ceremony in the UK, a second one abroad and then a “formal” one for her closest friends and family.
In true GC style, she added that multiple celebrations mean she also plans to have several different wedding dresses.
