A week after Lenny Kravitz went viral for posting a shirtless workout video on social media, the British musician did the same while showing off his washboard abs in the middle of an empty parking lot.
In the image, he can be seen shirtless in just a pair of black sweatpants and sneakers while apparently smoking a cigarette or a joint.
‘Rise and shine,’ the Comedown hitmaker, who was previously married to Gwen Stefani from 2002 to 2016, captioned the image.
Within hours of sharing the image, her followers flocked to the comments section to praise her age-defying physique, three months before her 59th birthday.

“Getting ready for the #BlueElectricLight2024 tour,” Lenny posted as the caption along with a lightning bolt emoji.
The American Woman singer, while wearing black sweatpants, jumped around quickly during the 16-second video featuring her new song Love Is My Religion.
Love Is My Religion was released in May alongside Lenny’s twelfth studio album, Blue Electric Light.

Lenny in a recent interview with The Guardian spoke of being celibate for nine years after becoming a ‘player’ like his father Sy Kravitz.
‘I did not like. I didn’t want to be that guy. So I had to face that and it took me years…taking responsibility. Discipline. Not letting my own desires get the better of me,” Lenny said.
