Gareth Bale’s agent has again insisted that his client have no desire to leave Real Madrid this summer, claiming the Welshman is “ still as good as anyone else on the team. ”
Bale was again on the periphery of the Real squad this season, as highlighted during their LaLiga title celebrations last week, and he was completely left out to meet Leganes on the last day of the season.
Zinedine Zidane asked for the sale of Bale and James Rodriguez when he returned to the club last year and said the earlier Bale left the better.

Zidane has been open about his desire to get Bale and a number of other players out the door
Bale has only played 20 games in all competitions this season and Zidane remains committed to the club that continues Bale in the summer.
But Bale has two years left on his lucrative contract in the Spanish capital and has no intention of leaving the club, for whom he has scored 105 goals in 201 appearances, including goals in four finals.
“Gareth’s fine. He has two more years on his contract, “his agent Jonathan Barnett told BBC Sport.
“He likes to live in Madrid and he’s not going anywhere. He is still as good as anyone else on the team. It’s up to Zinedine Zidane.
“Of course there was interest, but there is hardly a club in the world that can afford him.
“It is a great loss that he is not currently on the Real Madrid team, but he will not leave.
Gareth doesn’t want to survive Zinedine Zidane. Mr. Zidane has been very successful. there is no hate. Mr. Zidane just doesn’t want to play him. Gareth trains every day and he trains well. ‘

Bale received criticism last week after cutting out a sulky figure during their title celebrations.
After defeating Villarreal, the newly crowned champions at the Estadio Alfredi Di Stefano got the trophy, but Bale didn’t seem in the mood to get involved in the celebrations.
The club’s Twitter page showed footage of the entire squad gathering around the trophy, with Bale on the back, on the left side of the silverware.
Zidane was later picked up by his players and thrown into the air of Madrid as part of the celebrations.
However, images showed that the Welshman was a bit away from the ruck of players, with arms folded when he decided not to participate.
Bale was also accused of playing acting on the Real bank when he made binoculars at cameras during his side’s win over Granada.
That response came after he was bullied by the press in Spain for pretending to fall asleep on the sidelines during their clash with Alaves a few days earlier.
