The stepson of Norway’s future king reportedly revealed how he “violently” broke up with an ex in a shocking leaked video, which emerged while he remains in custody after being accused of rape.

Born from a relationship prior to Crown Princess Mette-Marit’s marriage to her heir Prince Haakon, Marius Borg Hoiby was arrested last Monday night on suspicion of rape.

On Wednesday, police said he was a suspect in a second rape and a police lawyer said they requested that the 27-year-old remain in custody, which a judge ordered Wednesday for a week, according to media reports.

“Marius faces serious accusations, which the police and the judiciary will deal with… I am convinced that they will do a good job,” Prince Haakon told public broadcaster NRK before the arrest order.

But since his arrest, a shocking video of Borg Høiby has been shared with the Norwegian publication. Se og Hørwhich supposedly shows the former mechanic illustrating how a relationship with an ex ended.

In the clip, Borg Høiby is said to be asked: “How did you break up with your last girlfriend?” He shrugs and then leans toward the camera while making a slapping gesture with his hands.

It is not known when the video was recorded, but it was supposedly posted in a group on Borg Høiby’s own network, which consists of about 50 people.

MailOnline has contacted Borg Høiby’s lawyer, Øyvind Bratlien, for comment.

While incarcerated, Borg Høiby is prohibited from receiving visitors and letters during this period due to the risk of tampering with evidence. NRK information.

Borg Høiby’s lawyer, Oyvind Bratlien, said his client was innocent and opposed being held in pre-trial detention.

Bratlien said he would appeal the detention decision, but welcomed the fact that judges had not agreed to the police’s request for a two-week detention. “We consider it promising,” he said in a written statement to NRK.

Police lawyer Andreas Kruszewski stated on the sidelines of the hearing that the second accusation “refers to sexual relations without consent with a woman unable to resist the act.”

Investigators searched and confiscated items from Borg Høiby’s home. The police investigation is still ongoing and no trial date has been set.

The rape charge comes after he was charged with bodily harm following a late-night fight on Aug. 4 at the Oslo apartment of a woman he was in a relationship with, police said.

Norwegian media reported that police found a knife stuck in one of the walls of the woman’s bedroom at the time.

Borg Høiby, in a later statement to the media, admitted causing her bodily harm while she was under the influence of cocaine and alcohol and damaging her apartment. He said he regretted his actions.

Borg Høiby was arrested again in September for violating a restraining order.

The statement said: “Last weekend something happened that should never have happened.” I committed bodily injury and destroyed objects in an apartment while intoxicated with alcohol and cocaine after an argument.

‘I have several mental disorders, which means that throughout my upbringing and adult life I have had and continue to have challenges. I have struggled with substance abuse for a long time, something I have been in treatment for in the past.

‘Drug use and my diagnoses do not excuse what happened at Frogner’s apartment on Sunday night last weekend. I want to be responsible for what I have done and I will honestly explain it to the police.

‘For me, the most important thing is to apologize to my girlfriend. He did not deserve what happened that night or the extreme pressure from the Norwegian and foreign press afterwards.

Mette-Marit’s eldest son also apologized to his family for his actions that have “affected him greatly.”

Weeks later, the 27-year-old He was arrested after violating a restraining order.

The restraining order in question was to protect Rebecca Helberg Arntsen, whom Borg Høiby admitted to assaulting, in an alcohol- and drug-fueled attack on August 4, in which he was first arrested and held in a police cell for the night.
