Furious Hasidic protesters knocked an innocent man unconscious, set face masks on fire and assaulted a reporter as they gathered on the streets of Brooklyn on Wednesday to protest the restrictions of the coronavirus.

The streets of Borough Park were in chaos as community members forced a photographer to retire to his car and reported it to the police when a scuffle broke out involving a television reporter.

“Here in Borough Park we don’t obey the laws of America,” shouted one protester, the New York Daily News reports. “We have our own laws.”

A group of Orthodox Jewish men attacked Jewish insider reporter Jacob Kornbluh, spurred on by Brooklyn City Council candidate Harold “Heshy” Tischler.

‘I was just brutally assaulted, punched in the head and kicked by an enraged mob of hundreds of Boro Park protest community members – yelling at me’ Nazi ‘and’ Hitler ‘- after Heshy Tischler recognized me and the crowd around me chasing down the street, ‘said Kornbluh in a late night tweet,

Video shows Tischler screaming in Kornbluh’s face: You’re moyser (snitch). Everyone shouts “Moyser!”

Protesters insisted that health restrictions were religiously motivated and traffic stopped when they took to the streets. Protesters started a bonfire wearing protective masks and forced an FDNY truck to pull out because firefighters feared for their lives.
