Kevin Spacey appears to dismiss new allegations against him of inappropriate behavior in new Channel 4 documentary as he praises the men on the show for their “great performance”.
The two-part Channel 4 series comes nine months after Spacey was acquitted of nine charges of sexual assault and looks at new allegations against him made by several men, “almost all of whom have never spoken before”.
It is said to take a “forensic look at a man who was once one of the most admired and respected actors in the world.”
There are said to be on-camera testimonies from British and American men, whose identities will not be hidden, about their experiences with Spacey over 50 years.

Spacey, 64, appears to dismiss the show as a work of fiction in a statement given to entertainment magazine Variety.
He said: “I am honored to star in my first film with Warner Brothers in many years.
“I hope the Academy takes note of some of the great performances from the lesser-known cast.”
A source said to be close to the project was left “speechless” by Spacey’s response and the “sheer arrogance” of it.
The show is said to offer a “forensic look at a man who was once one of the most admired and respected actors in the world.”
Spacey was pictured leaving Southwark Crown Court last year after being found not guilty of sexually assaulting four men.
Spacey was previously accused of abusing his fame and power to carry out nine sexual attacks on four men during his tenure as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre. But he insisted the claims were “crazy” and accused the plaintiffs of ” lying for money.”
In July 2023, the actor was dramatically acquitted of sexually assaulting the four men following a high-profile trial at Southwark Crown Court in which Sir Elton John gave evidence in his defence.
Channel 4 released the trailer for Spacey Unmasked over the weekend in which a two-man voiceover played over archived footage of the actor says: “This wasn’t just any guy… this was Kevin fucking Spacey” and ” I knew it”. He was in a ‘sell your soul’ situation.
The show is produced by the channel’s former head of news and current affairs, Dorothy Byrne, who said when it was announced in 2022 that it would “follow the developing story of the abuse allegations against him and the resulting court cases”.
Lawyers are understood to be waiting to hear from Spacey’s representatives for a response to the new allegations.
Channel 4 told MailOnline: “Spacey has been offered the right of reply in relation to the content of the two-part documentary.”
Kevin Spacey’s representatives have also been contacted for comment.
