Andrew Constance, New South Wales Transport Minister, said there have been dozens of incidents and hundreds of near misses since the service began.

“Almost every day we see really risky behavior around our light rail vehicles,” said Constance.

Authorities are concerned that there may be more potential incidents as commuters increasingly return to the CBD.
