Paramedics and firefighters tried to revive him but were unsuccessful.
A crime scene has been established at the house and a report will be prepared for the coroner.

SafeWork NSW will not carry out an investigation as this was a “non-work related incident” (pictured, emergency services on scene)
Friends of the deceased told Daily Telegraph who was the father of two small children.
A spokesperson for SafeWork NSW told Daily Mail Australia it could not provide further information on the matter because it involved a private job and not an official workplace.
Dozens of emergency services personnel remained at the scene until late in the afternoon while investigations into the death began.
Police officers were seen standing on the roof of the house and photographing a section from which tiles appear to have been removed.
