A father of three children who died in a strange work accident was due to get married in a few months.
Frayza Ryan, 32, was crushed while working on the basket of an aerial work platform in the Perth suburb of O’Connor on a site managed by Sarich Building on March 3.
Other workers were present at the scene when Ryan was seriously injured but were unable to help him.
Mr Ryan has been remembered as “an extremely proud father” who was looking forward to his wedding.

Ryan was due to marry his fiancée Maddy Rickson in a matter of months.
Family friend Bruce Bennett released a GoFundMe for Mr. Ryan to help his fiancée, Maddy Rickson, and their three children.
“Frayz was a very popular guy and an extremely proud father of three amazing children,” Bennett wrote.
‘He was due to marry his beloved partner in a few months.
“Unfortunately, due to a work accident, his life was cut short.”
Police arrived at O’Connor’s site and confirmed his death and WorkSafe has since launched an investigation into what went wrong.
Sarich Building CEO Patrick Chaney expressed his deepest condolences to Mr Ryan’s family at the time.
“Our thoughts are with family, friends and co-workers at this time,” Mr. Chaney said.
“We are working with authorities to assist with their investigations and cannot provide any further details about the incident.”
The workplace was closed the day after Mr Ryan’s death.

Two hours before Mr Ryan’s death, another worker died at Dalwallinu in the Wheat Belt in an incident involving a forklift carrying a heavy load.
Ryan leaves behind three children and a GoFundMe has been launched to help them and Rickson following his death.
