- Valli’s son, Emilio, 29, says his brother tried to break into Valli’s house last week.
- Francesco, 36, allegedly threatened to kill his father and brother
- Emilio alleges that there are drugs involved and wants protection for his father
Frankie Valli’s son Emilio has filed for a temporary restraining order against his older brother to protect himself and his father.
The singer’s son, Emilio, 29, filed the request in Los Angeles to keep his older brother Francesco, 36, away from him and their father, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Emilio claims his older brother tried to break into Frankie’s house on April 5.
Although the entry attempt does not appear to have been successful, Emilio alleged in his filing that his brother Francesco threatened his brother and father before leaving.
A representative for Valli told DailyMail.com: “Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy is respected as he resolves these family issues.”

Emilio, the hitmaker’s son, says he and his father have been dealing with Francesco’s disturbing behavior for months.
According to the youngest son, Frankie has been supporting Francesco financially for some time. However, Emilio claims that his older brother has been abusing drugs lately and has allegedly become desperate for money as a result.
Things took a negative turn after the Can’t Take My Eyes Off You singer cut off the flow of money to Francesco.
After Francesco allegedly failed to break into the house, Emilio claims he threatened to hurt and kill both his brother and father, leaving Frankie fearing for his life.
The singer’s youngest son also alleged in his filing that Francesco turned to robbery and then sold his father’s possessions to fund his opioid use, which he believes may have been the motivation behind last week’s attempted robbery.
According to Emilio, his brother Francesco’s behavior has become increasingly erratic as his drug use continues and his father has tried to free himself from his demands, so he wants to obtain legal protection to keep Francesco away from him and from his father, as well as from outside Frankie’s property.
