Frankie Muniz made a heartbreaking confession on Tuesday’s episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia
The Malcolm in the Middle star, 38, broke down after his famous campmates asked him how being a child actor affected his family life.
The former actor, who began starring in the hit comedy series at age 11, said his career was partially responsible for his parents’ marriage breakup.
“Malcolm took us to Los Angeles,” he began. “My mom and I went, but my sister stayed with my dad in North Carolina.”
‘But my mom and dad ended up divorcing during that time. So in that sense, it’s a little sad to think that it really broke up the family,” he continued, visibly moved to tears.
