Yet another high school is part of an investigation after a list ranking female students based on their appearance circulated on social media.

The Instagram post, which has now been deleted, categorized some students at Foxwell State Secondary College in Coomera, on the northern Gold Coast, into categories such as “abduction material”, “one night stand”, “average” and “inviolable”.

Investigations are ongoing by the Queensland Department of Education.

“The department will conduct a full investigation into the incident of this vile publication and any state school student found responsible will be held accountable for their actions,” a spokesperson said.

The Instagram post, which has now been deleted, classified some Foxwell State Secondary College students (pictured) into categories such as “one night stand”, “average” and “inviolable”.

“Anyone with any knowledge or information is urged to contact the school and provide it.”

The spokesperson said the school became aware of the post on Wednesday and acted immediately to remove it.

“At this time there is no indication that the post was made by a member of the school community,” they added.

The mother of a 16-year-old girl who attends the school and was included in the post said she was deeply disturbed by the incident.

“I just don’t know how people think it’s okay to create these categories and then put young girls in them,” she added.

“It’s just horrible.”

Her daughter was one of 17 students included in the position.

On May 16, a degrading list ranking teenage girls’ alleged promiscuity was found at a Melbourne school.

The list, which was found scrawled on the back of the girls’ toilet door at Brentwood Secondary College, a co-educational school in Glen Waverley, listed the girls and described them as “shits”.

Just a day earlier, a separate list was found at McClelland College in Frankston, in Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs.

On May 1, students at Victoria’s Yarra Valley Primary School posted a list on social media ranking their classmates from ‘wives’ to ‘inviolable’.

The shocking list included photographs of students and ranked them from best to worst as ‘wives’, ‘beauties’, ‘mediums’, ‘objects’, ‘outlets’ and ‘inviolables’.

Queensland’s education department has offered advice to affected students and families.
