Four boys between the ages of 12 and 14 are accused of kidnapping and rape of a girl in Delaware

Four young men between the ages of 14 and 12 have been charged with abduction and rape of a girl.
Kabarshenay Ellis-Pinkney, 14, Louis Miller and Joseph James-Carter, both 13, and Ja & # 39; den Glover, 12 were arrested Wednesday in New Castle County, Delaware in rape and kidnapping of the first degree.
According to the police, the four dragged a girl into Bear, a suburban community about 11 kilometers southwest of Wilmington, on December 11 and raped her with violence.
After the attack, Miller and James-Carter threatened the victim with a weapon and warned her not to tell anyone what had happened, police said.

Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Family Services Squad launched an investigation and identified the four suspects.
After carrying out search warrants, the police said they had found further evidence that the four suspects were committed to the crime and arrest warrants were obtained.
All four were arrested without incident and accused of crimes of first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree conspiracy and second-degree unlawful sexual contact, according to the police.
Miller is also charged with one count of felony possession of a lethal weapon during the commission of a felony, one count of felony aggravated menacing, one count of felony terrorist menacing, one count of felony theft below $ 1,500, and one count of felony endangering well-being of a child.

James-Carter is also charged with one count of felony possession of a lethal weapon during the committing of a felony and one count of felony aggravated threateningly.
Miller is being held instead of $ 65,500 secured bail. The other three suspects are being held in anticipation of a cash bail of $ 104,000.
It was unclear whether the four lawyers could speak on their behalf.
The police say the investigation has caused them to worry that there may be other victims.
