Lane, 69, took a court-ordered paternity test in 1990 which showed he was not Boebert’s father.
But doubts about legitimacy were raised when the lab worker who took his blood sample was found guilty of accepting a bribe to change vials in another case and Bentz demanded that Lane do the subject of an investigation.
He finally agreed to take a second test in May and the results proved he was not the father of Representative Boebert, 36.
Stan Lane was a star in the National Wrestling Alliance in the 1980s and early 90s before joining WWE where he worked primarily as an announcer.
