Piane willingly walked out of the couch with his hands above his head after two LA County Sheriff delegates pointed their weapons at him.

Piane has been arrested three times this month, including on 10 August for vandalism, and on Saturday during the arrest of a citizen for entering the police, according to reports from the Los Angeles police.

A family source told DailyMail.com that they were unaware of Piane's recent arrests, but said he had been treated for psychological problems.

Tuesday's arrest comes after Piane & # 39; s Twitter account was suspended after a series of bizarre tweets, in which people & # 39; racist f ***** ts & # 39; were named and asked if it was OK to call Beyonce the N word & # 39 ;.

Eyewitness Peter Fitzgerald told DailyMail.com that he was with friends at a nearby Starbucks when the Sheriff department representatives from Los Angeles County arrived.

Fitzgerald said: & The police stopped and aimed his guns at the bank. I was scared because I thought there was a robbery or something.

& # 39; Two SUV & # 39; s stopped outside the bank and pulled their guns. We were so surprised.

& # 39; Lucian pushed the doors out with his hands up and gave himself up very willingly. They fascinated him and emptied his pockets. & # 39;

Piane heard the officers bragging & # 39; that he had been a guest judge in the popular reality show while he was being held, Fitzgerald said.

He added that Piane was placed in a SUV of a third sheriff, who later appeared on the scene.

Fitzgerald first said he wasn't sure who was arrested until another bystander realized who the man was.

He is also a former judge in the popular TV show RuPaul & # 39; s Drag Race, about the search for America's next drag superstar. He appeared in the show as a guest judge from 2012 to 2016.

On Sunday, Piane's Twitter account was suspended after apparently undergoing a collapse and posting a series of offensive tweets.

His account said: & # 39; Is it okay to call @Beyonce the N WORD because he is a terrible black person? RICH AS F ** K AND NOTHING DONE FOR HER PEOPLE EXCEPT STEEL.

& # 39; So … @Beyonce and @TheEllenShow are such terrible people that they both have to be called the C-WORD daily.

& # 39; I am 1/32 BLACK. But nobody knows. Because you are all racist men.

& # 39; I would like to know examples of all the ways @Beyonce has made BLACK LIVES better. Everybody? Everyone? & # 39;

Piane also came under fire in 2017 for hitting RuPaul & # 39; s Drag Race, after he said the & # 39; bastardized drag & # 39; used to be.

He went to social media to inflict a bizarre anger focused on the show and claimed that RuPaul & # 39; only cares about money & # 39 ;.

This outburst followed an earlier incident at the end of 2016, in which he made anti-Semitic and racial comments online.

Piane went to Twitter to say: & # 39; If Jews stopped the Holocaust victim, we could all get along well & # 39 ;. He also referred to RuPaul as the & # 39; wisest n **** r & # 39 ;.

He later apologized for both, blaming his behavior on drugs.

Piane said the outbursts were due to psychosis caused by eating too much marijuana, which he claims he used to treat an undiagnosed medical problem.

After the meltdowns, Piane had suspended his Twitter. His old Instagram account has also been deactivated.

On August 21, however, a new Instagram account was created that belonged to Piane.

The first post of the page said & # 39; Mark F ** kerberg can my d ** k, & # 39; followed by selfie shots and screenshots of the LA weather forecast.
