Aaron Phypers is being sued for an allegedly botched treatment administered at his wellness center in Malibu, California.
A lawsuit has been filed against the husband of former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards, who revealed this month that her breast implants ruptured while filming Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test on Nov. 13, 2024, according to documents obtained by People.
Phypers, 52, is being sued for fraud by Rupert Perry on behalf of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall, who was treated at Phypers’ wellness center in 2023 for cancer.
Perry alleges that Phypers offered to refund half of the money spent on his wife’s cancer treatment, but after her condition apparently failed to improve, Phypers allegedly refused to honor the verbal agreement.
According to the lawsuit, Katsioula-Beall, who was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019, learned of a “stem cell treatment” that the Phypers facility was performing on patients she hoped to try to treat their cancer.
Perry claims Phyper said the treatment would “cure or at least improve Ms. Katsioula-Beall’s condition.”

Rupert Perry is suing Phypers on behalf of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall. She was treated for cancer at her wellness center in 2023 with a “stem cell treatment” that Phypers said had a “98 percent success rate”; seen in August 2024 in Los Angeles
Phypers allegedly boasted a “98 percent success rate and was so confident in it” that it offered to refund half the cost of the treatment if it failed.
Perry says he and his wife shelled out $126,000 for stem cell treatment sessions from July to September 2023, but Katsioula-Beall received bad news in December of that year when he was allegedly told his tumors had grown 25 percent. .
Feeling that the treatment had not lived up to Phypers’ expectations, they wrote to him requesting a refund of $63,000.
But the lawsuit alleges that “(Phypers) ignored her request and instead proposed that she undergo another round of treatment.”
Perry claims he and his late wife subsequently requested reimbursement of $63,000 on February 8, 2024, and again on March 7 and March 29, and Phypers allegedly ignored the requests each time.
Katsioula-Beall died of cancer just under two months after the last request, on May 21, 2024.
‘On June 28, 2024, Mr. Perry spoke with (Phypers) by telephone, who acknowledged the debt but offered a series of excuses for not paying the $63,000,’ the lawsuit alleges.
Since there was no sign that his wife’s condition had improved after undergoing stem cell treatment at the Phypers wellness center, Perry claims he owes that 50 percent refund to her estate.

But after his condition worsened, Perry asked for a refund several times and claims Phypers repeatedly rejected him. Hife died in May 2024.
Perry goes on to accuse Phypers of “misconduct,” which he claims was “intentional, deliberate, and done with the purpose of depriving plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing harm.”
“This despicable conduct subjected the plaintiff to cruel and unjust hardship in a conscious disregard of his rights,” he added, while requesting that the case be heard before a jury.
So far, Phypers has not commented on the lawsuit and has reportedly not yet filed a response with the court.
It’s also unclear if their wellness center is still operating, as the location is listed as “permanently closed” on Google Maps, and Yelp users have also reported that it is no longer operating.
A website for the facility listed on its Instagram page also appears to be down.
Phypers had previously said on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills during his wife Denise Richards’ brief stint on the series that the center used allopathic (or alternative) medicine as a treatment, although it is unclear if evidence-based medicine is also part of patient treatments. deals.
Phypers, who had small acting roles in the 2010s, met his future wife Denise at its center.
During a 2020 episode of RHOBH, cast members asked about her business.
Perry accused Phypers of “misconduct” and wants him to pay the money to his late wife’s estate. It is unclear if the Phypers wellness center is still active, as it is listed as closed in online directories; Still from RHOBH

“Everything you’ve been taught about how diseases are processed and how those things work is not true,” he began via People, before Denise urged him to “be careful” about what he might say.
“Traditional is not traditional,” he explained. ‘It’s allopathic. And allopathic means alternative medicine. Look for it.
‘Everything is a measurement of the frequency of the electromagnetic spectrum. I analyze things so that everyone can heal…’ he continued, before clarifying that he himself did not ‘heal anyone’, but rather supposedly removed ‘blockages, discord (and) information.’
He made more bizarre claims in the episode while giving his theory of why cancers develop.
‘Do you want to know why cancer appears? Because it protects you from an infection that your immune system didn’t respond to and you would have died in 12 hours,” he said. ‘It’s your best friend that protected you from something that’s going to put a bullet in your head.
“That’s cancer,” he said, although his words were far from the accepted definitions of what cancer is (abnormal cell growths that can spread throughout the body and cause damage), he claimed that he could “prove it all day ”.
‘We can split an atom with sound, cause a nuclear explosion, kill people. Can’t determine if it’s cancer? Phypers told Denise’s co-stars.
