A former private schoolboy who lured a girl to his house by saying he was upset and then raped her has been in jail for 18 months.

Max Maddock, 21, invited the victim to his home in Melbourne because & # 39; he was upset about things & # 39; after a trip to Cambodia and promised to go with him to his room on July 19, 2017.

Former Wesley College and student Trinity Grammar and the girl were then 20 when he pushed her onto his bed, put his hands around her throat, and pulled down her pants.

Victoria County Court heard that Maddock touched her genitals, bit her chest and her & # 39; two to three times & # 39; the Progress Leader reported.

She was then told that she should & # 39; act normally & # 39; after Maddock's brother returned home.

She played games with Maddock before being picked up by her mother at 10.30 p.m.

The girl who said had & # 39; deep fear and anxiety & # 39; sustained in her victim statement, reported the incident to the police more than a month later on August 29.

& # 39;[She] cried and told you to stop and get off her, but you ignored her, & Judge Wendy Wilmoth told Maddock.

The girl's mother said she felt guilty for dropping her daughter to Maddock & # 39; s house on the day of the rape.

Prior to the girl's rape, Maddock held a knife to the new partner of an ex-girlfriend.

& # 39;[The victim] lost weight, became depressed and withdrawn from her family, & Judge Wilmoth said.

Maddock pleaded guilty to one count of rape in the County Court.

The 21-year-old was sentenced to a maximum of three years in prison, with a minimum of 18 months.
