In the post, Bernard wrote: “We are grateful to have hugged you and spent our short time together.”

‘The moment was brief but filled with a whirlwind of emotions. From pure joy to seeing you for the first time to uncontrollable sadness.’

The son they lost, named Gabriel, was the second child of Giovani and his wife, Chloe. They also have a son, Julián, whom they welcomed in 2021.

Bernard’s post added: ‘Mom, Dad and Julz love you so much and you will always be our little warrior. We love you Gabriel.’

Gio also paid tribute to his wife, saying: “You are more than I could have imagined in a wife, mother and partner.” You really are extraordinary. Our story together continues.”
