A rogue ex-NBA employee has decided to vent his frustrations to the world through the league’s Facebook account.
The unidentified former social media worker was upset with the conditions and demands of his former job and they made them known after still having access to the league’s social media profiles.
“How do I disconnect from this?” the message began. ‘I haven’t worked here for weeks.
“Anyway, the NBA is overextending its (sic) social media employees at the expense of their health and social lives for less than $50,000 a year after tax pay.”
The post was deleted from the team’s social media account after around 20 minutes and the league left no explanation immediately afterwards.

This disgruntled former employee also targeted the league commissioner, saying: ‘I’ve worked 14-hour shifts with no breaks sometimes. Kudos to Adam Silver.’
They went on to say, “We don’t get health insurance until 90 days of work! It’s silly isn’t it?
“I’m glad I quit, no need for a job to get in the way of your happiness. Donate to mental health causes.
The league’s most recent Facebook post is for highlights from the USA Basketball Showcase in Abu Dhabi and none of the league’s other social media accounts even reference the employee’s post.
