I would never press it on my wife or my children. I certainly did not think that when I was 14 or 15 like my daughters.
& # 39; My 14-year-old daughter has been slightly more open about it, but in general the children are not that impressed. I would not have been proud of my father if he had drunk his urine.
& # 39; But my main priority is that I am a father and that I want to communicate with my children at the family dinner.
& # 39; I still think that eating is our biggest way of interacting, so I like to come together with my family and eat with them on Sunday. & # 39;

John said: "I have lived for thirty years with building the body and trying to increase the size – the use of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
& # 39; After years of doing that consistently, I noticed that I started to get some symptoms that I had no explanation for.
& # 39; I had digestive problems, sleep problems, real severe pain in my body. & # 39; It was not isolated – it would be achillespain pain, neck pain, shoulder pain. It would shift from one space to another.
& # 39; I practiced daily, held a positive attitude and meditated – why was it in my life so much pain and trauma? I was not that old.
& # 39; I did not want to accept that it was only the aging process.
& # 39; A few years ago I started to reduce my meat and I changed immediately. The pain almost started to diminish within a day or two.
& # 39; I slept better, I felt better. My body is now more lively, more energetic, lively. & # 39; I can communicate better, I can express myself better. I am more self-aware and sleep better. I can breathe deeply. & # 39;

In 1945, John W. Armstrong, a British naturopath, published a book in which he claimed that drinking urine could cure all major diseases, but there is no scientific evidence for it.
Health expert Aisling Pigott, dietician and spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, says that urine contains toxins that are expelled by the body and kidneys and that drinking can therefore be harmful and cause infection.
However, Shona Wilkinson, head nutritionist at NutriCentre, says that urine is non-toxic and sterile because it has been filtered twice – once through the liver and again through the kidneys.
Followers claim that it heals diseases when it is swallowed and that it uses acne when it is used locally because of its disinfectant & # 39; properties, and it is used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicines.

John said: & # 39; As a bodybuilder I had an extreme size and length from 19 to 35 years old.
& # 39; Between 35 and 40 I was no longer bodybuilding, I was a professional trainer, so I lost a lot of weight.
Now, in my fruitarian and onfood lifestyle, if I go for five days without food or water I can be as low as 130lbs (9 stone 4 lbs).
When I then rehydrate and eat on the weekend, I can be about 150 lbs (10 stone 10lbs). & # 39;
John is now a weight loss coach and has a studio in his home where he sees customers.
Although he has a unique diet himself, he does not try to drink urine when he first meets customers.
John said: I am a weight loss coach, so I do online and in the studio.
& # 39; Most of my clients come for weight loss and these things are all beneficial for weight loss, but I put them on the road for people.
& # 39; I do not tell people when they come in that they have to drink their urine or stop eating. That is not how I start people.
I start by letting them follow their food and let them know. If we do not achieve the desired results, we introduce one idea, such as intermittent fasting, which is a fairly general trend at the moment. & # 39;
