A former Manchester United defender has seen his contract with Saudi club Al-Nassr terminated after just 12 months at the club.
The Saudi Pro League side, which features United legend Cristiano Ronaldo, have just started their new season and are looking to improve on last year’s second-place finish.
However, after just two games of the campaign, Alex Telles mutually agreed to break his contract at the Blub to embark on a new challenge, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Brazilian full-back joined Al-Nassr last summer in a £4m move but has reportedly fallen out of favour with manager Luis Castro.
Telles played 38 times in his only year in Saudi Arabia, scoring three goals in all competitions for the club.

Telles, 31, spent three years at Manchester United and made 50 appearances.
The full-back’s relationship with his former United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo is about to end
The 31-year-old leaves behind his former teammate Ronaldo, whom he played alongside during the 2021-22 campaign.
He arrived at Carrington in 2020 and made 50 appearances over two years at the club.
Telles has only found the back of the net once for the Red Devils, a superb volley in a 2-1 Champions League win over Villarreal in September 2021.
However, he spent his final season in red on loan at Spanish club Sevilla, where he won the Europa League.
He was then sent to Saudi Arabia by Erik ten Hag, who preferred players like Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, both currently injured, in the left-back position.

But with one year still remaining on his contract at Al Nassr, Telles is now apparently looking for a new club.
Reports have suggested the Brazilian defender has received offers but is yet to make a decision on his future.
